Today I going to piggyback off of the Anxiety video that I did a few weeks ago and talk about Compulsive thinking. This is a form of anxiety related to OCD.
When people ask me about compulsive thinking I always ask the question of do you know how to quiet you mind?
What is compulsive thinking?
OCD obsessions are repeated, persistent and unwanted thoughts, urges or images that are intrusive and cause distress or anxiety. You might try to ignore them or get rid of them by performing a compulsivebehavior or ritual. These obsessions typically intrude when you're trying to think of or do other things.
I want to leave you with 5 ways to quiet your mind.

5 Stages to Forgiveness
2. Let the feeling be felt
You can't fully forgive a person if don't allow yourself to feel the hurt and pain behind it. Don't mask what you feel and let it all out.
3. Understand why forgiveness is good for you.
You have to agree that it is good for you before you can actually forgive. If you don't feel like it is good for you and you just do it just because then it won't work.
4. Have clear boundaries with the perpetrator
Once you have forgiven the other person then you can clearly set boundaries with them. You are in control of how you want to be treated.
5. Remember that it ends certain courage to be able to forgive.
Forgiving someone is not easy but it is rewarding at the end of the day.
I already know what you're thinking. Here we go. This has always been a mixed topic of discussion but it must be had. This week I asked a question in my group about who whoop their kids and why? I got the typical responses like "spare the rod bible quotes and I got whooped and turn out okay. It was exactly what I expected to hear. The part that bothered me was that so many people only do it because it was done to them. This is what I call a generational curse.
I decided to do a live video about it to share some of my expert experience and knowledge of the topic. Check out my video below to see my opinion on the topic.

This weeks live was completely amazing. I intended to speak about one topic and it turned into a live testimony.
These are 4 tips you can use to attract clients.
1. You have to make your business about them and not you.
2. Give them something to actually want to follow you.
3. They need to get value out of your content.
4. They need to know who you are, what you do, who you serve, and how you can help them.
Think of it like this:
How is only posting pictures of you going to help them identify if they are your ideal client?
How is a quote or daily inspirational post going to tell them about how you can help them?
