What is co-parenting?
Co-Parenting is defined as a situation in which parents that are not married, cohabiting, or not in a relationship that share parenting duties with each other.
In order to co-parent successfully both parents must do the work needed to heal.
Often I get parents saying that they don’t have the option to co-parent. That is not true unless you just don’t want to.
It takes a Village to Raise a Child.
Co-Parenting don’t only have to be between the two parents.
You can co-parent with the following:
Benefits of co-parenting:
O- Overlook each other’s flaw. It’s not about you it’s about the child
A- 4 A’s Awareness, Acknowledge, Acceptance, and Action
E- Establish a plan
N- Never bad mouth the other parent in front of the child. Never use your child as a go-to between the two of you
T- Take a deep breath and control your emotions around your child

Their are 3 types of parents that get bullied by kids. The 3 are listed below.
1. The guilty parent
These are the parents that feel guilty for being a single parent. The kids usually blame them for the other parents absence. They try to over compensate for the absence of the other parent.
2. The anxious parent
This is the type of parent who is over protective. Always on edge. The kid take advantage of this parent by being careless and a daredevil and risk taker because they know it will drive the parent crazy since they are always on edge. They usually suffer from some type of anxiety.
3. The fix everything parent
This is the type of parent who fix everything before it’s broken. Never let the child make mistakes or suffer their own consequences. They bail them out of everything. They try hard to prevent child from making the same mistakes as them.
