Today I going to piggyback off of the Anxiety video that I did a few weeks ago and talk about Compulsive thinking. This is a form of anxiety related to OCD.
When people ask me about compulsive thinking I always ask the question of do you know how to quiet you mind?
What is compulsive thinking?
OCD obsessions are repeated, persistent and unwanted thoughts, urges or images that are intrusive and cause distress or anxiety. You might try to ignore them or get rid of them by performing a compulsivebehavior or ritual. These obsessions typically intrude when you're trying to think of or do other things.
